Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via USPS.

Flat rate and local pick up options:

Customers will receive their items within 4-5 business days with flat rate shipping once payments are cleared. Please note Ladies First is not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered is confirmed.

Return & Exchange Policy

There will be no cash refunds.

Personalized Items:

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Returns must be within 7 days of receipt.

Blank or Non-Personalized Items:

We gladly accept exchanges of blank or non-personalized products, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
